🐾 Step 1: Get to Know Our Program

We encourage all interested families to review the information on our website, including our process, policies, and available puppies. This helps ensure you feel confident and informed before taking the next step.

✨Step 2: Application & waitlist Deposit

To move forward, all interested families must complete and submit an application.

Once your application has been received, we will carefully review it and reach out to you to discuss what you are looking for in your future companion. We take the time to learn about your home, lifestyle, and expectations so we can ensure the best possible match for both you and our puppies.

Based on this, your application will either be approved or denied. You will be notified of our decision via text or email.

Once approved, we will discuss the ideal personality, lifestyle fit, and physical traits you are looking for. From there, we will evaluate any currently available puppies for a potential match.

If we do not have a puppy available that fits what you are looking for, you will then be offered a spot on the appropriate waitlist.

To secure your place on our waitlist, a $100  non-refundable waitlist deposit  is required.

• This fee is applied toward the total purchase price of your puppy

• Waitlist Deposits are required to hold your place in waitlist order

• A waitlist deposit is only required if there are no current puppies available that match your preferences, or if you are requesting a specific litter or future pairing

* Planned Breeding's & Waitlist Policy*

All planned breeding's and pairings are tentative and subject to change. While we carefully plan each pairing, breeding animals is not an exact science and circumstances outside of our control may occur.

These may include, but are not limited to:

• A female not taking to a breeding

• A female absorbing a pregnancy

• Male infertility or poor fertility

• A planned breeding being changed due to health, temperament, or program decisions

If any changes occur, all affected waitlist clients will be notified.

In the event a planned litter does not take place, we will do our best to move clients to another comparable litter when possible. However, waitlist deposits are non-refundable, and no discounts or price adjustments will be given due to changes in breeding plans or unsuccessful breeding's.

🐾Step 3: Joining the Waitlist

Once your waitlist deposit has been received, your place on our waitlist is officially secured. Waitlist positions are held in the order deposits are received.

If we do not currently have a puppy available that matches your preferences, you will remain on the waitlist until a suitable litter is born. Our goal is to match you with the right puppy based on your desired traits, such as color, gender, and overall temperament. Please note that more specific requests may result in a longer wait time, and we will always keep you informed throughout the process.

Breeder reserves the right of first pick of every litter born. When puppies are born, they are first offered to families on the waitlist before being made publicly available. When it is your turn to select, you will be contacted and given the opportunity to choose from the available puppies.

If none of the available puppies are the right fit for you at that time, you are welcome to pass and remain on the waitlist for a future litter. Selection will then continue to the next family in line.

Timing for receiving a puppy can vary and is dependent on several factors, including successful breeding's, pregnancy outcomes, and litter size. Because of this, wait times cannot be guaranteed.

For those on the waitlist for an upcoming litter, we provide regular updates throughout the entire process. This may include updates on breeding's, pregnancy confirmations, and the arrival of puppies. Announcements and updates may also be shared on our social media platforms.

🐶 Step 4: Choosing & Reserving Your Puppy

Once our litters are born and it is your turn on the waitlist to choose or pass, we will begin sending photos and videos as soon as possible so you can start getting to know the available puppies.

After we have confirmed that all puppies are healthy and thriving, families will be invited to make their selections. Once you have chosen your puppy, a $500 non-refundable reservation fee is required within 24 hours to officially reserve your pick.

In the rare and unfortunate event that a reserved puppy were to pass away after a deposit has been placed, you will have the option to either receive a full refund of your reservation fee or apply it toward first pick on a future litter.

🖤 Reserving an Available Puppy

Puppies listed on our Available Puppies page are those that were not selected by our waitlist families. This does not reflect anything negative about the puppy- it simply means they were not the right fit at that time or families had already found their match.

If you are interested in an available puppy, you will still need to complete our application and go through our approval process. Once approved, a $500 non-refundable reservation fee is required to hold the puppy you have selected.

📄 Step 5: Review Your Contract

Once your puppy has been reserved, we will provide you with our Puppy Purchase Contract to review prior to pickup.

This contract outlines important information, including our genetic health guarantee and spay/neuter agreement, as well as the responsibilities of both the breeder and the buyer.

We ask that you read through the contract carefully and ensure you understand and agree to all terms. The contract will be signed at the time of pickup, and no puppy will be released without a completed and signed agreement.

🐶 Step 6: Watch Your Puppy Grow

Once your puppy has been reserved, we will provide weekly updates, including photos and information on your puppy’s growth, development, and overall health so you can follow along every step of the way.

✨ Step 7: Plan for Pickup

Your puppy will be ready to go home between 8–10 weeks of age. As that time approaches, we will provide you with specific dates, times, and details to coordinate pickup.

Puppy pickup typically takes place Friday–Sunday, depending on scheduling and availability.

🐾 Pickup & Transportation Options

We offer several options to help make bringing your puppy home as smooth as possible:

• In-Home Pickup:
  You are welcome to come directly to our home to pick up your puppy.

• Airport Pickup (Columbus or Cleveland, Ohio):
  We can meet you at the Indianapolis International Airport if you prefer to fly in and return home with your puppy.
  Please note: Airlines typically charge an additional $100–$150 pet fee on top of your ticket.

• Ground Transportation:
  You can hire a ground transportation company,  Pricing varies depending on your location and their availability.

• Flight Nanny Service:
  We also work with a trusted flight nanny who can personally deliver your puppy to you.
  Buyers are responsible for:

  • Round-trip airfare for the nanny

  • Airline pet fee ($100–$150)

  • Flight nanny fee ($300–$600, depending on distance)

• Buyers are responsible for any transportation or travel-related costs

• All pickup or delivery plans must be arranged in advance

• We are happy to help guide you in choosing the best option for your situation

💰 Step 8: Final Payment

By this stage in the process, you will have already submitted your non-refundable reservation fee (and waitlist fee, if applicable), both of which are applied toward the total purchase price of your puppy.

The remaining balance is due one week prior to your puppy’s scheduled pickup date.

We do not allow any puppy to go home until payment has been received in full.

🏡 Step 9: Take Your Puppy Home

The day you’ve been waiting for is finally here! 🐾

Your puppy will be ready to go home between 8–10 weeks of age, once they have been properly weaned, socialized, and given the best possible start in life.

At pickup, you will receive everything you need to get started with your new companion, along with guidance to help make the transition as smooth as possible.

We are always here to answer any questions and offer continued support as your puppy settles into their new home.
